Creating the Advanced Approval roles

Two roles are required for the Advanced Approval life cycle:

  1. Create two roles as described in Creating, editing, and deleting roles using the descriptions in the following table.

Note    Disabling the Set to document option prevents the roles from being manually added or removed from documents.
